These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.megasexporn.com (the “Site”), operated by an individual (the “Operator,” “we,” “us” or “our”). Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

On March 29, 2021 we issued an announcement whose terms take precedence over these Terms in the event of any conflict. By continuing to use the Site, you agree to abide by that announcement as well as these Terms.

We do not host or store any video files on our servers. All videos are embedded from third-party platforms. Playback data and cookies are controlled by those providers; please consult their policies.

  • The Site may link to or embed third-party sites (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo). We have no control over—and assume no responsibility for—their content or practices.

  • We may display ads served by third parties. Their use of cookies or tracking is governed by their own policies.

8. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of what you post, but grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display it. You are solely responsible for your Content and warrant that it does not infringe any rights or laws. We may remove or refuse any Content for any reason.

  • Interfere with Site security or performance;

  • Upload malware or malicious code;

  • Collect others’ personal data without consent.

10. Account Security

If you register, you’re responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@megasexporn.com.

11. Communications

By registering or using the Site, you consent to receive transactional and promotional emails. You may opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link; transactional messages will continue.

12. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Service: If we offer paid subscriptions (e.g., “Premium”), you must provide valid payment information.

  • Billing: Fees recur until you cancel before renewal. No refunds or credits for partial periods.

  • Third-Party Processors: Payments are handled by external providers under their terms. We have no control over those terms.

  • Taxes: You’re responsible for any applicable VAT, sales, or other taxes.

13. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without notice. All provisions that by their nature survive termination will remain in effect.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute must be brought in Amsterdam courts within one year of the claim’s accrual.
